Q: Please tell me about the heating equipment in the room.
A: Each room has heating. The standard rooms have FF-type kerosene stoves or warm air air conditioners, while the bell tents have electric heaters. For more details, please see the "Room Details" on the reservation page.

Q: I reserved a room without a toilet or shower. Where is the toilet?
A: About 80 meters from the dome tent and containers, there are shared toilets and shared showers. The shared showers are available from April to early November. There is also a hot spring (Makkari Onsen) a 5-minute drive away. For rooms with showers and toilets, please see the "Room Details" on the reservation page.

Q: Can you cook in the room?
A: You cannot cook using fire in the room. However, during the winter, you can use the provided IH heater to cook without producing odors or smoke.

Q: Can I have a late checkout after 10 o'clock?
A: Late check-out after 10:00 is not possible, so please understand.
