• Q: Is there anything to take with me for camping?
  A: The items to bring to the camp are change of clothes, drinks, food (if not using options), insect repellent, and rain gear or an umbrella. Please prepare these to have a comfortable stay.
• Q: Please tell me the time it takes to get to the campsite by car.
  A: The time required to reach the campsite is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Sapporo, about 2 hours from New Chitose Airport, and about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Otaru. In winter, an additional 30 minutes may be added to these times, so please allow extra time for your arrival. Also, please check the final check-in time.
• Q: Can I get to the campsite using public transportation?
  A: You can reach the campsite by public transportation. You can take a train from JR Sapporo Station to Kutchan Station, and then transfer to a bus to get to the bus stop near the campsite. Alternatively, there is also a way to take a bus from Sapporo to Rusutsu and transfer to another bus. However, please check in advance as the schedule may change depending on the season.
• Q: I will go to the campsite using a rental car. Do you have any recommended rental cars?
  A: At Chitose Airport, there is a rental car company called "Nomad Rent-a-Car." They have various vehicles such as camper vans and regular cars, so you can choose according to your needs.
• Q: What kind of clothing do you recommend?
  A: Clothing varies by season, so please be careful. For more details, please see this page.
• Q: Please tell me about the outdoor temperature at the campsite.

• Q: Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
  A: There is a Seven-Eleven and a Seicomart 5 minutes by car from the campsite. A large supermarket is located in Kutchan Town, about 25 minutes by car.
• Q: I would like some recommendations for dishes and recipe advice for BBQs and hot pots.

  A: There is no pick-up or drop-off service.
• Q: How far is it by car to the ski resort?
  A: The time to the ski resort is about 5 minutes to the Yotei Mountain backcountry, about 25 minutes to Niseko Hirafu, and about 20 minutes to Rusutsu Resort.
• Q: Please tell me about the check-in time.
  A: Check-in is from 2 PM to 7 PM. Please arrive with enough time, as check-in may not be possible after 7 PM.
• Q: Please tell me about the checkout time.
  A: Check-out is at 10 AM. Please prepare the room by that time.
• Q: Is early check-in before 2 PM possible?
  A: You cannot check in before 2 PM, so please be aware.
