About the Room

• Q: Please tell me about the heating equipment in the room.
  A: Each room has heating. The standard rooms have FF-type kerosene stoves or warm air air conditioners, while the bell tents have electric heaters. For more details, please see the "Room Details" on the reservation page.
• Q: Please tell me about the air conditioning facilities in the room.
  A: Each room (dome tent, container) has air conditioning. The bell tent has a small fan.
• Q: Please tell me about bringing pets.
  A: You can stay with pets at Sauna Mountain and Container Sunset. To stay with pets, you need to agree to the "Pet Companion Accommodation Agreement." For more details, please check the reservation page.
• Q: I reserved a room without a toilet or shower. Where is the toilet?
  A: About 80 meters from the dome tent and containers, there are shared toilets and shared showers. The shared showers are available from April to early November. There is also a hot spring (Makkari Onsen) a 5-minute drive away. For rooms with showers and toilets, please see the "Room Details" on the reservation page.
• Q: I plan to stay for several nights. Please tell me about bed making.
  A: If you stay for consecutive nights, the bed sheets and room will be cleaned on the morning of the fourth day. Towels and consumables will be replaced daily.
• Q: Category: About the room Japanese Question: Is there a refrigerator in the room?
  A: Each room has a refrigerator (excluding the bell tent). The cottage with a sauna has a small refrigerator, while the other rooms have medium-sized refrigerators with freezers.
• Q: Is there a microwave in the room?
  A: There are rooms with and without microwaves. The center house has a shared microwave. For more details, please see the "Room Detail Page" on the reservation page.
• Q: Please tell me how to light the sauna stove.
  A: Please ask the local staff how to light the sauna stove. It is also explained in a video.
• Q: In winter, is the room warm?
  A: The container room is warm and comfortable. Inside the dome tent, it is cold, and the room temperature will be between 12℃ and 15℃, so warm clothing is recommended. Additionally, we have prepared hot blankets to ensure a comfortable sleep in the dome tent.
• Q: I heard there is a projector. Do you have a DVD player?
  A: There is no DVD player, but there is an Amazon Fire Stick, so you can watch YouTube and other services. The setup of the projector varies by room, so please check the "Room Details Page" on the reservation page for more information.
• Q: Can I have my garbage collected?
  A: The properly sorted garbage will be collected by the staff. However, cardboard and polystyrene brought in cannot be collected, so please take them back with you.
